German insolvency data and API
InsoTicker collects the official insolvency announcements of German courts, enriches them with commercial-register and editorial research, and makes them available as web pages and as a JSON API.
What the data contains
Per case: court and file number, stage of the proceeding (petition, preliminary measures, opening, dismissal for lack of assets, termination), the relevant dates including the registration deadline and the review date, the appointed administrator, and the debtor's company data — legal form, registered office, commercial register entry, share capital, line of business, and where available employee numbers and website. Every fact carries its source; editorial additions are marked as such.
Coverage and updates
We monitor the announcements of all German insolvency courts and update daily. Private-individual consumer insolvencies are not part of the data set; registered merchants (e. K.) are, because they are commercial entities.
API
The REST API returns JSON, uses bearer-token authentication and is rate limited per key. Endpoints cover case lists with filters, single cases including the full profile, and insolvency administrators. The reference documentation is available at /api (English and German).
Terms and pricing
Prices are listed on the German pricing page; the terms of service and the privacy policy are available in German only and are legally binding in that language. As a small business under § 19 of the German VAT Act we do not charge VAT.
